Shipping Policy
At Gourmessa, we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely, so you can enjoy our fine patisserie and traditional sweets as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Germany: 1-3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak times, such as holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated on your order’s status.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to many countries. However, customers are responsible for any additional fees, including customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions, which may vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you realize there’s an error, please contact us immediately at contact@gourmessa.eu, and we’ll do our best to update the address before it ships.
