Return Policy

At Gourmessa, due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any of our products. This policy helps us ensure that all customers receive fresh and safe products without any risk of contamination.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us for any product-related questions or concerns at contact@gourmessa.eu.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any perishable goods.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Please note that while the European Union’s 14-day cooling-off period generally allows customers to cancel or return an order within 14 days, this right does not apply to perishable goods. As all Gourmessa products are categorized as perishable, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has shipped.

Refunds
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a refund once we have confirmed the issue. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at contact@gourmessa.eu.
